The return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991.
If the Buyer purchases an unsuitable food product, the Seller is obliged to replace it with a food product that is suitable for consumption, or return the money paid to the Buyer.
According to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return)", food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange. Considering the fact that there may be significant circumstances when there is a need to return a good quality product, we are ready to consider such a possibility.
In this case, the requirement of para. 3 part 1 art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991. The exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the Buyer together with the sold goods have been preserved.
The return of the Goods of proper quality to the Seller's address is carried out at the expense of the Buyer and the Seller does not reimburse the Buyer. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within fourteen days from the day of receipt of the goods.
